Goals for the School Year

  1.  Learn to be a better Leader!
    • build supportive relationships with my subordinates
    • delegate busy work
    • work with people's strengths
    • train people (share the knowledge)
  2. Be okay with progress and not perfect
  3. Work at God's Timing
  4. Have Faith over Fear!
