Dancing with Fortnite

One reason I am thankful for the video game Fortnite is because most of my male students are now interested in dance.

Pyjamas

Student: Ms. Chan! Why are you wearing your pyjamas to school today?
Me: My shirt isn't pyjamas. 😂😂😂

French Class Supply

I enter into a grade 7 classroom. I introduce myself and write down the work for the day and tell them to ask me anything they were unsure of. Moments later...
Student: You're the greatest substitute teacher we ever had.
Me: Why?
Student: 'Cause you actually teach us stuff!

My First Marriage Proposal

My Junior Kindergarten student proposed to me today...

Student: Do you have a baby?
Me: No, I don't have a baby.
Student: Why?
Me: I'm not married.
Student: Why aren't you married?
Me: I don't have a boyfriend.

Few seconds later...

Student: Are you married?
Me: No, I'm not married.
Student: Then will you marry me?
Me: *chuckles* Yes, in 20 years.
