Car seat Expiration

 I think the fact that car seats expire and are so expensive is so stupid. You would expect something so expensive would stay intact for longer. On top of this...it is made of mainly plastic from the frame to the padding. *How great this is for the planet?*

Is there going to be a better way?

My brain wants stimulation

 At the moment, all I want to do is go onto Youtube or Instagram and scroll. I'm looking for some kind of stimulation, when I know that it is good to sit in the silence and not need to look for things.

At the moment, I'm looking at news article titles as my stimulation...I think that is still a sign of my addiction to stimulation. When will this need to seek information fade?

Noise Addiction

 I really want to listen to music right now or get distracted with something. I want to have some side noise of additional information as I work.

I'm stuck on what I need to do...so I want to find something to distract myself from solving the problem instead.

Noise? Sound? Dopamine? Addiction

My first instinct after I have finished a tv series, is to start a new one. I am looking for what to put as background noise. I feel like I'm not used to the silence, but when there is not sound on...it feels good, peaceful...like I can actually think.

Can I stop feeding my addiction to noise?

My Mom and Catfishing

Me: I went to check out the furniture at my friend's house.
Dad: Why? You said you couldn't buy anything until later.
Me: I wanted to know the size since the picture is not the same as in real life.
Dad: That's right! Look at your mom!
Me: What you mean mommy catfished you?
Dad: No! Look at the clothes she bought online. They are not like the picture!
